What’s Your Favorite Yellow Mustard?

Mine is Plochman's. I grew up on that. It was the cheapest brand of mustard you could get at the grocery store, back in the 70's. Then about 15 years ago, they remarketed it as a gourmet brand and tripled the price. It's still the best tasting to me, followed by Heinz. Which is a little more vinegary.

I don't really care for French's. It's kinda bland to me.

Whatever is the cheapest is my choice. Mustard is mustard.

As long as it don't come in a gas form, I'm pretty good with anything.

I've been kinda fond of Oregon's own Beaver Brand Deli Mustard. Reminds you of English pub mustard. It also has whole mustard seeds in it and they add a nice touch if you're making a mustard sauce for chicken or something.
