Fishing story

Just joined here, everyone. I am that kind of story guy, so I will start with a fishing story. Last fall, I went fishing on the Deschutes River. It was cold and foggy. I tried for hours, no luck. Then, a big steelhead fish grabbed my fly. It took 20 minutes to catch it. It was the moment when I said that the Oregon rivers are amazing. Cool, uh?

That Deschutes steelhead story reminds me of one I had on the Rogue.

Cold, rainy day, I almost packed it up, then hooked into a chrome bright steelie that went airborne three times.

Took forever to land on a fly rod, but man, moments like that stick with you forever. Oregon rivers will spoil you.
