Eye dominance issues

So, I'm cross-dominant...right-handed but left-eye dominant. I shoot rifles lefty, pistols righty...I tried to force my right eye to be dominant for years, but my aim was terrible. Once I just went with what felt natural, my groupings got way better..If you have similar issues, just roll with how your body works best. If it works, it works...there is no wrong way about it.

Bodies are strange and trying to force them to do something usually makes things worse.

I'm a strange kind of ambidextrous... Write left handed, shoot mostly right but can shoot left and I'm comfortable using either eye. Throw right. Bowl left or right but it's rare to find a bowling alley that has more than a few balls drilled left. Can pound a nail or hand saw left or right. Tools with either.

If I'm doing something new or something I haven't done for a long time I have to experiment with both sides. But mostly it sucks when I am not good with either (wink).
