Best 9mm Carry Ammo Recommendations

I've been carrying for a while now but can't decide on the best hollow points for self-defense. What 9mm ammo are you all using, and what makes it your go-to choice?

I carry Hornady Critical Defense 115 grain in my M&P Shield. It has reliable expansion and less recoil than heavier loads, which helps with follow-up shots.

I've been running Federal HST 124gr in my 9mm, it feeds reliably and expands well..i also tried Speer Gold Dot and Hornady Critical Duty, all good choices, just depends on what your gun likes best

I stick with Federal HST or Speer Gold Dot...my tip: always test your carry ammo in your own gun to make sure it feeds perfectly every time
