Unpopular opinion: tailgating is overrated

Standing in a parking lot for hours before a game never made sense to me. I'd rather just go inside when it starts. Everyone acts like tailgating is amazing but I don't get it. What's something everyone loves that you think is overrated? Drop your hot takes.

I liked it. My dad would bring an RV and my uncle would bring a towable grill. They would go into the stadium during the game and I would stay out in the RV and watch the game on TV and much on the leftover steak and chips and crack a beer. Haven’t done it in probably 15 years though.
