Well, hand it to another brain dead, neck bearded mouth breather to add hate and loathing to RESPONSIBLE gun owners. Someone (illegally) shot a River Otter that lived in a trout pond near the Oregon Hatchery Research Center near Waldport.

Why would anyone shoot an otter? I mean, they aren’t game….and they are usually friendly critters, at least the ones that I have seen. Some people just have to kill anything I guess. Makes us all look bad.
