Well if I HAD any I would probably make meat sticks out of it but for now I'll have to settle for fresh Angus ground beef!

I’ve only ever had venison as sausage. My uncle was a butcher with his own meat shop. He used to bring us sausage that he made. He did a lot of deer for customers.

I love venison, but since my son fractionally owns some of the cows in his valley, my freezer is full of beef (and last year's elk )

Summer sausage, cheeseburgers, tacos, nachos, meatloaf, the list goes on. Delicious! One of my favorite things right now is ground bear on a Mexican Street Taco pre-packaged salad. YUM!!!
