Bass Pro did it to me again….

This is the third time this year that I had a mixed order of ammo and other Items arrive in a BIG box with NO packing material. This is the third time that they have had to replace my ammo due to it coming out of the package and getting damaged by contact with other items in the box.

How badly damaged was the ammo? Was it dented? Bullets pushed in?

What did it make 'contact' with to damage it?

Dented. It made contact with a sharp steel object it the same box. They were shot shells this time. The other two times it was pistol rounds with dented brass and bullets pushed in.

They are sending me another box of shells but someone at the warehouse doesn’t care about their job. I would rather not have to go through the bs of calling them, and taking pics etc…. This time they just said “Not Again” and sent out the new box.

He was talking to me and as he was writing the comment in the special instructions he said “and put some packing material in it this time”. The customer service guy says that this happens a lot and they are trying to get their guys to pack them properly but Al, they can do is type “put packing material in the box” and it’s up to whoever packs it to actually make sure that happens.

So the ammo boxes opened and dumped the ammo out inside the PACKING box?

Don't factory ammo boxes have seals on the end flaps to keep them closed?

Seems like a LOT of heavy handed movement or throwing the box around had to have happened to dent brass and push bullets in !

One of the boxes arrived double boxed and was crushed. I lost half the rounds in that one. Th other two boxes looked perfect from the outside.
