My worst reloading mistake was to that i mixed up powders once without looking, it sent a shot way off and wasted the whole day

As in just accuracy or something else?

As far as MY reloading mistakes I can honestly say those I have had were minimal with probably the worst being I THOUGHT I had overcharged several rounds of .38 Special once. It wasn't many and I pulled them to be sure and fortunately they were NOT overcharged however I pulled them all to be sure. I somehow got sidetracked with some other loads and got confused!
