Have you seen Schwarzenegger’s The Running Man?

It’s old, but entertaining.

Not really an action movie per se, but have you seen Home Boy with Mickey Rourke? Boxing. Drama I guess.

Largely in part true but like the OP mentioned 'that don’t center around guns' of which opens it up to a lot more movies.

I'll have to give this one some thought!
